Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a ride, using our website, or engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VIP Limo Cars ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Miami, Florida, USA.

2. Services Provided

VIP Limo Cars provides chauffeured ground transportation services across South Florida, including:

• Airport transfers to/from MIA, FLL, and PBI
• Hourly charter and point-to-point transfers
• Corporate transportation and executive travel
• Special event and wedding transportation
• City-to-city long-distance transfers (Miami to Orlando, Key West, etc.)

Services outside Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach (e.g., Washington DC, Las Vegas, Los Angeles) may be fulfilled by vetted partner operators.

3. Bookings & Reservations

3.1 Reservation Confirmation

Reservations may be made online, by phone, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after we provide written or verbal confirmation. Reservations are subject to availability.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate pickup/drop-off locations, flight numbers (for airport transfers), passenger counts, and contact information. We are not responsible for service failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

3.3 Booking Lead Time

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability. During peak seasons (December-April) and major events, we recommend booking 48-72 hours ahead.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Fixed Pricing

All quoted prices are fixed and include the base fare plus any agreed add-ons (extra stops, child seats, etc.). Quoted prices do not include:

• Driver gratuity (suggested 18-20%, at client's discretion)
• Tolls on specific routes (if not pre-included)
• Waiting time beyond included grace period (see Section 4.4)
• Parking fees at certain venues
• Cleaning fees for excessive mess or damage

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash, and bank transfers for corporate accounts. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors.

4.3 Deposits & Authorization

For most bookings, payment is collected upon completion of service. For special events, long-distance trips, or high-value bookings, a deposit or full prepayment may be required.

We understand that travel plans change. If you need to cancel or modify, contact us as soon as possible at (786) 608-5335. We try to be flexible in genuine emergencies.

6. Passenger Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, passengers agree to:

• Treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect
• Not smoke, vape, or use illegal substances in the vehicle
• Not consume alcohol unless permitted by Florida law (passengers in chauffeured vehicles only, not driver)
• Wear seatbelts as required by Florida law
• Not engage in disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior
• Be responsible for any damage caused by passengers (cleaning fees apply for excessive mess)

We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if these conduct standards are violated.

6.1 Cleaning & Damage Fees

• Excessive cleaning required: $150-$300 cleaning fee
• Vomit, biological contamination: $400 deep cleaning fee
• Damage to vehicle interior: Actual repair cost charged to client

7. Liability & Insurance

VIP Limo Cars is fully licensed and insured for commercial passenger transportation in Florida. Our insurance covers passengers during transportation.

7.1 Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. If you forget something, contact us immediately and we'll make every reasonable effort to return it. We cannot guarantee recovery of lost items.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIP Limo Cars' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

7.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VIP Limo Cars harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We make every effort to ensure on-time service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic, road closures, or accidents beyond our control
• Severe weather conditions (hurricanes, flooding, etc.)
• Vehicle breakdowns (we will arrange replacement service as quickly as possible)
• Acts of God, civil unrest, or government actions
• Flight delays or cancellations by airlines
• Inaccurate information provided by the client

In cases of severe disruption, we will work with you to reschedule service or provide a refund where appropriate.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
