The agreement between you and VIP Limo Cars
By booking a ride, using our website, or engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VIP Limo Cars ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Miami, Florida, USA.
VIP Limo Cars provides chauffeured ground transportation services across South Florida, including:
Services outside Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach (e.g., Washington DC, Las Vegas, Los Angeles) may be fulfilled by vetted partner operators.
Reservations may be made online, by phone, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after we provide written or verbal confirmation. Reservations are subject to availability.
You agree to provide accurate pickup/drop-off locations, flight numbers (for airport transfers), passenger counts, and contact information. We are not responsible for service failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability. During peak seasons (December-April) and major events, we recommend booking 48-72 hours ahead.
All quoted prices are fixed and include the base fare plus any agreed add-ons (extra stops, child seats, etc.). Quoted prices do not include:
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash, and bank transfers for corporate accounts. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors.
For most bookings, payment is collected upon completion of service. For special events, long-distance trips, or high-value bookings, a deposit or full prepayment may be required.
Airport pickups: 30 minutes complimentary after flight arrival (we track your flight automatically).
All other pickups: 15 minutes complimentary after scheduled pickup time.
Additional wait time: Charged at the applicable hourly rate ($75/hr sedan, $95/hr SUV, $125/hr Sprinter).
4+ hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund if prepaid
Less than 4 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
No-show / less than 1 hour notice: 100% of trip cost
Special events & long-distance: Custom cancellation terms apply (specified at booking)
We understand that travel plans change. If you need to cancel or modify, contact us as soon as possible at (786) 608-5335. We try to be flexible in genuine emergencies.

We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if these conduct standards are violated.
VIP Limo Cars is fully licensed and insured for commercial passenger transportation in Florida. Our insurance covers passengers during transportation.
We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. If you forget something, contact us immediately and we'll make every reasonable effort to return it. We cannot guarantee recovery of lost items.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIP Limo Cars' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold VIP Limo Cars harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
We make every effort to ensure on-time service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:
In cases of severe disruption, we will work with you to reschedule service or provide a refund where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
